Can this be purchased as a size you do not offer on the website?
It can likely be made in a size that isn't available in our store. To learn more about the custom size, kindly contact us.
How can I determine my size?
We suggest cutting out a piece of string and placing it on your neck, exactly where you would like the necklace to sit. You should then measure the string with a tape measure and add 1/2 inches for comfort. You can always refer to our sizing guide.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically sourced.
Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color?
All our products are 14k or 18K Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.
Is the Diamond / Gemstone genuine or Lab Grown?
If not mentioned in the product details, the piece will features natural Diamonds/Gemstones.
Shipping and Returns
Returns and exchanges for unused or unworn items are welcome. Simply return the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery), and contact us at info@montenerijewelry.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

Conditions of Return
All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
