How fast will I get my order?

All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your package ships. In the event that you need a rush order, you can choose express shipping at checkout.

For custom orders, please allow us 2-3 weeks to craft your product with love and care. Once you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation number, and your order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process!

How can I return an item?

Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns! To start your return, email info@montenerijewelry.com with your order number, name, shipping address, and reason for return. You will receive a return form within one day. This form must be included in your return package to qualify for a refund.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If you miss the 10-day window, you can still receive store credit for up to 30 days after delivery.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging along with the return form.

What items are final sale?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
