How fast will I receive my order?

All orders ship within 2–3 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

If you need your order sooner, simply select express shipping at checkout.
We also offer overnight shipping for urgent deliveries.

Custom Orders:
Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to craft your custom piece with care. You’ll receive an order confirmation right after purchase, and we will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

How can I return an item?

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns for unworn, unused items. To begin a return, please email montenerijewelry@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Your name

• Your shipping address

• The reason for your return

You will receive a return form within one business day. This form must be included in your package for your refund to be processed.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and ensure the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. The return must arrive in our studio within this 14-day window.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be issued.

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the completed return form.

What items are final sale?

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Sale items

Unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
