Shipping & Returns


How fast will I get my order?


All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your package ships. In the event that you need a rush order, you can choose express shipping at checkout.

For backorders, please be patient as our pieces are handcrafted in Europe, with love and care. Once the item is purchased, you will receive a confirmation number and your order will be shipped in about 2 to 3 weeks. As our lovely team in Europe updates us, we will update you! 


How can I return an item?


We gladly accept returns! To start your return, email with your order number, name, shipping address and reason for return. You will receive a return form within 1 day. This form must be included in your return box or we cannot refund you. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to get your refund. If you miss the 10 day mark, you are eligible for store credit for up to 30 days after the date of delivery! 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. 


Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging along with the return form.


What items are final sale?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
